I just watched the 9th Gate. Well worth a watch especially if you are into esotericism, tarot, or occultism.

Seemed straight up hermetic occultism to me. Went to IMDB, looking at ALL the comments - "Who is the devil? Is Corsi the devil? Is the girl the devil? Is she the whore of Babylon? Was the castle Jerusalem?"

I couldn't help but laugh. If there's one thing the Bible is not too clear on it must be spotting the evil.

Everyone's trying to put it in the context of this one last book in the Bible. Kinda funny to me. Boy I hope if true evil walks the earth, it DOES show up in the form talked about in the Book of Revelation, otherwise we're in trouble. Any devil that shows up better show up in red with horns and a tail, otherwise the majority will never spot it.

Come to think of it, that's probably the problem today.
