Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake

1 box chocolate cake mix (I use Duncan Hines Devil's Food)
8 ounces sour cream
1 cup chocolate chips (I used Gerard semi-sweet)
1 cup water
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil (I used canola)
1 small box instant chocolate pudding mix

Spray Crock Pot Slow Cooker with non-stick cooking-spray or lightly grease.

Mix all ingredients in bowl by hand. (It'll be a bit lumpy - it's ok.) Pour into Crock Pot Slow Cooker. Cover. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on High for 3-4 hours. Serve hot or warm with ice cream or whipped cream. (I served w/ Breyer's Vanilla ice cream.)
